Individual Packaging for Each Product

We ensure that each of your items is delivered intact and secure. Therefore, each product is individually packaged, taking into account its features and dimensions.

Our Packaging and Additional Protective Materials

For packaging our products, we use only high-quality and durable materials that provide reliable protection against damage during transportation. We consider the features of each product type and choose an individual packaging method.

In addition to standard packaging materials, we use kraft paper and extra cardboard for additional protection. Kraft paper provides soft and reliable wrapping, while additional cardboard is used to reinforce the boxes and protect against impacts.

Our Delivery Partners and Shipping Days

We cooperate with two reliable delivery services: "Ukrposhta" and "Nova Poshta".

  • Ukrposhta: shipments are made every Wednesday.
  • Nova Poshta: shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday.

You can choose any delivery method that is convenient for you.

Quality Control

Before shipping, each order undergoes a thorough quality and completeness check. We guarantee that you will receive your product intact and complete.

Be sure to check the item for integrity before receiving it — we are not responsible for transportation damages.

If you discover a defect during inspection, our advice: pay for the item in full, take it, call us at 067-635-10-67 (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30), and we will guide you on how to return the item for exchange.

All delivery costs are covered by the manufacturer.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order on the website of the delivery service you chose. To do this, enter the order number or tracking number you will receive after your order is shipped.
