Product return
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:
- the product appearance is preserved;
- the product was not in use;
- integrity of the order set and packaging;
- availability of documents confirming the fact of purchase of goods.
If you received the wrong product that you ordered and/or the product is of poor quality, we will compensate you for the cost of return shipping associated with the return of the product.
